Fresh Tomatoes in Balsamic Vinaigrette

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paul Newman’s Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing


  1. Lightly drizzle balsamic dressing over tomatoes, and add salt and pepper.
  2. Allow to sit at room temperature so that the marinade is well-absorbed. Serve with steak and potato.
