Prep Time: 5 minutes + 2 hours refrigeration time
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 8 teaspoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups of water
- Sparkling water
- Bourbon or rum
- Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least two hours.
- Before serving, strain through a sieve.
- Adjust the taste by adding sweetner if desired.
- Pour over ice and mix with sparkling water or, if you’re making a cocktail, add 2 ounces of bourbon or rum.
- Mixture will keep for several days.
